It is good to be picky on foods to avoid the root cause of illnesses including obesity. The best way to fight obesity is to eat healthy foods. First Post - Introduction

Hi everyone! Jouley here, I just wanted to say that this will be a personal diet diary of mine. I'll share tips and exercises that I do. So bookmark this page for future references :)

Anyway, I'm 29 years old studying Journalism and I'm loving every second of it! I'm single and I'm currently NOT looking for a spouse, because I want to enjoy my life as a single first before being together with someone :P

I won't be able to update everyday since I'm busy with studies and my Dad's business, but don't worry! I'll try to update this blog at least twice a month.
